Please read these terms carefully before using our 3D printing services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Spyxpo Technologies Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our") through layerzloom.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Service Description
LayerzLoom is an on-demand 3D printing service that allows users to upload 3D model files, select materials and specifications, and order custom-manufactured physical prints delivered across India. Our services include:
- 3D model file upload and instant quoting.
- FDM 3D printing in multiple thermoplastic materials (PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, Nylon).
- Optional post-processing add-ons (polishing, primer, paint finish, sand blasting, timelapse video).
- Nationwide delivery within India.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To place an order, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Account Security
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was not caused by our negligence.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our services.
4. Orders and Payments
4.1 Placing Orders
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase our 3D printing services at the quoted price. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
4.2 Pricing
Prices are calculated based on material weight, service fees, packaging, and any selected add-ons. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.
4.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and mobile wallets. Full payment is required before manufacturing begins. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
4.4 Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before manufacturing has commenced for a full refund. Once printing has begun, cancellation is not possible as each item is custom manufactured to your specifications. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
You retain all intellectual property rights to the 3D model files you upload. By uploading files, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, and process the files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
5.2 Our Content
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and the LayerzLoom brand, is the property of Spyxpo Technologies Private Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
5.3 Compliance
You represent and warrant that any 3D models you upload do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. We reserve the right to refuse any order if we reasonably believe the content infringes third-party rights or violates applicable laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
- We do not guarantee that printed outputs will be suitable for any specific purpose beyond the specifications described in the order.
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, courier delays, or supply chain disruptions.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high-quality prints, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability of printed items. Minor variations in colour, texture, and dimensions are inherent to the FDM 3D printing process and do not constitute defects.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall remain in effect.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and may notify registered users via email. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
