By uploading a 3D model, you grant Spyxpo Technologies Private Limited a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, process, and reproduce the file solely for the purpose of manufacturing your order and providing related services (such as generating previews and calculating quotes).

4.3 Your Representations

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights and licences to use and submit the 3D model.
The model does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
The model does not depict or facilitate any illegal activity.
The model complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4.4 Content Removal

We reserve the right to refuse to print or remove any uploaded content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these terms, applicable laws, or is otherwise objectionable. We are not obligated to review all uploaded content but may do so at our discretion.
